One of the most frequent problems in designing an underground parking is saving space next to the building. In this case, the dense urban development required an alternative solution to an inclined exit.
Since the parking lot was designed with an entrance that is perpendicular to the exit, we offered to use an ATLANT ROTARY turntable with a scissor-lift to lower the cars to an underground floor.
The car lift is equipped with security fences, warning lights, sensors for the safe position of the car on the platform and information LED boards, displaying the position and status of the lift.
We also synchronized the lift processor with automatic gates. The gates and lifts are controlled also by remote fobs.
